Go Mobile goes Green for Free Rides
By NunoXEI • Apr 22nd, 2008 • Category: BlogThe ice tea company has signed on to sponsor an eight-cab fleet of “green” three wheeled, pedal-powered “EcoCabs,” set to hit the streets of Toronto, May 1.
While most environmentally-friendly urban transportation options, like rickshaws, charge up to $5 per block, the sponsors cover the cost of the EcoCab, with riders even getting a drink with this first campaign from Lipton, said Go Mobile Media president, Will Kozma.
It is an interactive advertising experience that allows brands to target areas of the city most relevant to its target market, he added.
