Well, if every town wee an ecotown, we wouldn’t have this problem!
I’d have to say I agree with her warning about focusing on creating new instead of improving old actually, because it is a very minute portion of the population that will be able to start with a blank slate. It is going to be wayyyyyy more intimidating for the masses to have to think “I need to rebuild everything” instead of “how can I improve what I already have”.
